What I collect

Contact form: name, email address and the content of your message.

AI estimate page: the messages you type. They are not stored on my server.

No tracking or advertising cookies. The site only stores your language choice in a cookie (PARAGLIDE_LOCALE).

Purpose and legal basis

The data is used only to reply to you, prepare a quote and manage a possible client relationship. The legal basis is legitimate interest and steps prior to entering a contract.

Recipients and transfers

Form messages are delivered to my inbox via Resend (Resend Inc., USA) under EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

AI estimate messages are sent to the Moonshot AI language model service, operated outside the EU, to generate a reply. Please do not enter personal data in the chat.

I never sell or share your data for marketing.

Retention

Enquiries are kept as long as needed to handle them, at most 3 years after the last contact, unless accounting law requires longer.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to processing, by emailing niko@junttila.dev.

You may lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
